CVA Silicone, a company from the Auvergne region founded in 1960, is one of France's pioneers in liquid silicone bi-components.

Baby care: inventor of the variable flow teat and of Innovative air inlet devices for baby bottles, CVA Silicone possesses an acknowledged experience and unique technological know-how in this field, for the manufacture of natural rubber and silicone teats.

In order to serve the medical sector, CVA has an ISO 7 classified cleanroom and produces highly sensitive products under laminar flow classified ISO 5.
The company has a perfect mastery of the atmosphere quality thanks to regular microbiological and particular analysis according to European and American norms in effects.

Production activities for the industrial sector are dominated by the automotive market, i.e. typically small seal parts intended for use in highly aggressive environments.
The addition of a Design office with Tool Creation workshop remains one of CVA's strong points, providing it with a unique ability to implement innovative projects under particularly stringent technological requirement and deadline conditions.
